                                ORDINANCE NO. 9589
                   
                   
                   AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 11-76 
                   THROUGH 11-106, PART II, CHATTANOOGA CITY 
                   CODE, WHICH SECTIONS CONCERN BARBER'S 
                   LICENSES AND BARBER SCHOOLS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Sections 11-76 through 
       11-106, Part II, Chattanooga City Code, dealing with Barber's 
       Licenses and Barber Schools, be and the same are hereby repealed.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
       shall take effect two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
